Residential Dumpster Rental Built for Hudson County
Frank Marino started Jersey City Dumpster Rental from his base at 248 Barrow St to handle the real constraints of tight streets and older housing stock in neighborhoods like Paulus Hook Historic District, Van Vorst Park, and The Heights. Row houses and multi-family buildings from the early 1900s often have narrow driveways or no off-street parking, so crews measure twice before placement and use smaller containers when the sidewalk width or tree canopy leaves no room for a standard roll-off.
The humid subtropical climate brings hot summers that speed up construction timelines and cold winters that freeze ground conditions around Liberty State Park and along the waterfront near Exchange Place. Frank schedules deliveries around those swings so containers stay level on the sloped lots common in Bergen-Lafayette and Greenville, and the team keeps extra tarps on hand for sudden Hudson River wind gusts that hit Newport and Liberty Harbor.
Service runs Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, covering Journal Square, Hudson Exchange, and nearby Bayonne, Hoboken, and Newark jobs the same day when the call comes in. The focus stays on clear upfront quotes and same-day swaps so residential projects in dense blocks do not stall waiting for equipment.
